Purchases

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

 

If there is any indication that an item may be delivered late, we will let you know immediately via email!

We appreciate your business and your recent order.  Typically, when an order does not arrive on time, it is because shipping was delayed. If our supplies are on back order, we will need to delay shipping until those supplies come in, your products can be crafted with the care and detail you deserve, and they can be safely shipped to you.
 
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Thank you for your patience!

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering. Once your order is in ‘fulfilled’ status, the order cannot be canceled or changed.

Yes, you can exchange your order. However, there will be a 20% restock fee added to your subtotal. If you want to exchange an item, please contact us.

*Note: Personalized items cannot be exchanged.

If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will replace the damaged item for a new one at no charge and no additional shipping costs.

Payments

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for online orders.

If you received a payment error message, something went wrong while processing your payment. Please try re-entering your card details or using another form of payment. If neither of these methods works, please contact us so we can help you troubleshoot!

Currently, we only collect sales tax for orders placed in the state of Pennsylvania. The state’s rate is 6%, with an additional 1% tax (7% total) in Allegheny county and an additional 2% (8% total) in Philadelphia county.

Any orders placed outside of Pennsylvania will not incur any sales tax.

Promo codes can be specific to dates, products, or minimum total amount. No promotional offers, emails, or sales can be combined with any other offers. Limit one promo code per order.  For questions or assistance with a promo code, please contact us. All promo codes are subject to change at any time and may only be redeemed for purchase on orthodoxcreationsbyelaine.com.

Shipping

Standard shipping for all orders on the site is free! Due to their weight and fragility, candles are exempt from free shipping. Per set of candles, shipping costs $15.50.

All orders are shipped via either the United States Postal Service or FedEx.

Orthodox Creations by Elaine does not accept orders outside of the United States. Any order placed on this website from any other country will be cancelled immediately. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

Returns

If you received a damaged item, or desire to return unused, undamaged items, please return them in the original packaging. Items may be returned within 30 days of shipping for a refund. There will be a 20% restock fee.

*Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.

When you receive your package, you will find Return Instructions on the packaging slip/invoice. If you did not receive those instructions, you can view them here.
